The room is big n clean.

Asking for extra pillow the hotel charge us 1 pillow for 50,000rp.

Breakfast was good

Pillows were too high (thick) making my neck pain

Nice and comfy but pool is under renovation that time, lack of information! But definitely good though!

Hotel location quite convenient to most of shopping mall, receptionist and hotel lobby staff are friendly and courteous. The room was spacious & the bed was comfortable.

Very disappointed that the swimming pool under maintenance, spoiled water outlets to the bathtub & can only fill the bathtub slowly by the top shower head. Already make a note to the front desk when checkout. There aren't 3pin PowerPoint for charing phone beside the bed & also limited TV channels.

The room was clean and quite big and comfortable. it has shuttle bus to certain malls.

Service was a tad bit slow, could be better. Area was quiet and there wasn’t any shop/mall nearby.

The room is good and clean. And is next room to room. Good for the receptionist to choose next to my kids.

Swimming pool is under construction. So bad luck timing for my kids and me. The TV is old fashion no Netflix or YouTube. Just the WiFi is OK. Still can see Facebook, YouTube or Netflix on phone. But I prefer to see on TV.

There is a in house massage service. It is good that they can do it in the room.

The massage can only be done in the room. There should be a room just for massage. The pillow is too soft.

Room is cozy, all staffs are really helpful and friendly. Staff helped us to cut down on smoke smell of the room as non smoking rooms are not available.

Water heater not hot enough, quite cold to shower at night Non smoking room not available although booked for it. But staff was really great and helpful to help do treatment to cut down the smoke smell in room. For that, thank you for the hospitality

Breakfast was a ok, not much of a spread. Was checked into a room with damp carpet thinking it will dry later in the evening. But it didn't. Called the reception and thankfully they were able to give me another room at 9pm Overall experience was alright, felt that the hotel was a little out of the way, nothing much around the area.

Breakfast to have more spread. Did felt a little unsafe as the hotel was located in a less crowded area. But the hotel had many guests so I believe it is still popular among people who are travelling or the locals

The room decor, spacious room, helpful & friendly staffs, the smoking room location, and the location of this hotel. Even better that I got a room upgrade.

The tv inch to small for the spacious room as I watch a movie cant read the subtitles clearly its to small to read From the bed and the channel programmes ok. Upgrade the Tv and Aircon with remote n add extra pillows that's really nice and theres no mirror on the dresser my mrs must use the toilet mirror to make-up

Clean hotel

Air con was not adequate and we feel very warm, breakfast was mediocre nothing proper to eat, price was not justified with the services rendered as i feel nagoya hill hotel has better value hence always sold out.

The comfort level of the bed and cleanliness of the room. The service by the staff is exceptional! They greet you and welcome with a warm big smile. Thumb's up for the staff service!

The breakfast spread is quite limited.

Air condition is a big disappointment. We checked in after 2 pm and the room didn’t get cold until almost 4 in the morning. Shower area is too tiny and there’s no where to place toiletries

We have made a booking and fully paid before we arrived. However, during check-in, they cannot find our information and insisted we didn't have a booking. Luckily we have a soft copy (in the app) as a proof. layout of breakfast was not consistent

Great accommodation in Beverly Hotel.. Everything was great...Very polite staff ( Receptionist by the name of Ecka ) goes beyond the call of duty. She served with her smile & assist us with ordering GOFOOD... The doorbell & room assistant staff are all very polite... Breakfast spread can be improved. There’s no “half-boiled eggs” at the egg station...Something that the Hotel may considered to include in the Breakfast Menu.. Room was comfy & clean.. Mattress was soft. Overall, had a great stay !!!

Restaurant - Breakfast is lousy, not much of choices, Can't even name it as Continental, nor Asian, nor even Indonesia food. Restaurant - Steamboat night on a Friday where the 'Siew Mai - aka Chinese Dumpling' was rotten, Prawns are not fresh! Though the soup base taste good. With Live Band. Restaurant - BBQ night with Live Band but if not eating cannot buy non alcoholic drinks to stay for Live Band. Bedrooms that I booked was bigger unit. But due to BOTH toilet door spoiled they changes our room to a smaller unit and yet no refund of anything! I checked in after 3 plus 4pm and the house-keeping was no even done up for our original rooms! The front desk asked for deposit for their mini fridge where my ORIGINAL rooms don't even have anything in the fridge nor the Tidbits Basket! When they transferred me to the smaller rooms I called the front desk and the staff don't even seems to understand what I meant! The bathroom/Toilet comes with bath-tub, if you do not like 'tubbing' you still can do stand shower. The problem is the glass panel that is too small to shelter the spray and your floor would be a total wetness! So be careful of slipper floor! The coffee table inside the rooms are sticky, not sure why it was never cleaned! The carpet felt powdery and dirty. House keeping came do house keeping on daily and always did not close the door properly. Lucky for us where only clothes are left inside the rooms! They replenished teabags are individual paper packed Lipton Tea Bags where it is opened and unsealed! Even when you ask for house keeping they don't even do it properly where the floor are still dirtied with paper clips where my day 1 did not even have on the floor. Talk about house keeping! On the last morning, I went for a breakfast by the time I come back at 10am I was locked out before the checked out time. The reason given was magnetic stripe issue! Hmmm .....

The bed is quite comfortable and the food.

what we dislike is the air- con setting is normal temperature of 27 is not cool and is quite warm. We cannot reset the remote control.

- arrived at hotel before 1 pm, and was checked-in early even before we could ask. reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. they met all of our requests, and ensured everything was just the way we needed it to be. - lobby is beautiful and welcoming. - booked 3 deluxe rooms, very spacious, clean. - had all the amenities stated: safe, minibar (fridge was very cold), hairdryer, wardrobe, toiletries, bedroom slippers. - extra towels and pillows available upon request. - very comfortable bedding. - television channels (60+) were great - all indonesian channels, a lot of english movie, entertainment & documentary, sports, korean (subtitled), singapore free-to-air channels. - shower was excellent, with hot water and good water pressure. - excellent wi-fi connectivity in rooms and common areas. - shuttle bus to nagoya hill and grand mall (newest shopping centre) available at specific timings. - hotel provided spa services and dinner options (steamboat, bbq) at affordable prices.

following list may be long but they did not ruin our stay whatsoever. - air-conditioning was very cold and temperature didn't increase to the value we set on the control (fixed to the wall). maybe it was made colder as we stayed during the cold and rainy season. - breakfast spread could vary daily. but there were all the basics, western (e.g. egg station, cereal, salad, sausage, baked beans etc) and asian cuisine (e.g. fried rice, fried noodles, porridge, soto, sushi) all delicious and sufficient. - all light switches were at the bedside, even the one for the toilet (may be confusing initially as we are used to the light switch to be near the toilet). - toilet could have been cleaned more thoroughly as it looked like they paid extra time to refurbish the room but had to rush while touching up the toilet. - toilet is a bidet (may be uncomfortable for some).
